Green Onion Landsaping can design and construct you any shape and size of pergola, gazebo or arbour to fit your very own garden landscape. We have our very own carpenter and furniture maker. Use your imagination and let us bring your design dreams to reality in your garden space. Our gazebos, pergolas and arbours can be hand crafted and built to order for you.
We believe in the finer detail. That's why we put so much care into
designing and constructing each and every gazebo, pergola or arbour we install.
All our spindles and ceiling beams
can include decorative features on them if that is what you would want. Our gazebo's, pergolas and arbours aren't made from plywood. Each construction is a fully tongue and groove
ceiling.
Any hand rails we use will be constructed from one piece of timber and are
attached so that all fixings are hidden from sight.

Green Onion Landscaping also can design rustic gazebos,
arbors, seating and other rustic structures for the garden and public landscape.
Our rustic projects are custom designed and built out of
natural logs or reclaimed wood of your choice. No two items are ever the same. Our projects are built for
aesthetic and structural beauty, balance and durability.
Traditionally pergolas, gazebos and arbours are used to support vines. Pergolas consist of a series of arches, which can be covered in trailing plants to create a semi - solid barrier.
Pergolas, gazebos and Arbours can be used to set off an area, drawing attention to a feature or simply to provide sheltered refuge to sit and enjoy your garden from.Pergolas, gazebos and arbours can be used to produce shade in sunny areas of your garden and they can offer relief from the sun in a hot spot or simply a place to hice away and read.
Pergolas, Gazebos and Arbours are usually made from wood although it is possible to find metal or plastic pergolas. Green Onion Landscaping offer a bespoke Pergola, Gazebo and Arbour design service. We can make you a pergola, gazebo or arbour to your design specifications to fit visually with your garden space.
In many gardens it is the structure that most influence the general character of the garden. These, together with the boundaries and paved areas, make up the frame work (hard landscape) of your garden, around which the planting (soft landscape) is designed.
Garden structures include everything from bowers, pergolas, houses and gazebos to green houses and sheds. They also include the small items like cold frames, compost bins and water butts.

Shade is an important element in any garden, offering a comfortable place to sit, relax or dine alfresco in warm weather, and the purpose of many garden buildings is to create shade. Many structures, including arbours, gazebos and pergolas, simply provide a framework over which climbing plants can be grown, and it is these, rather than the structure itself, that create the shade. many climbers are suitable, especially those like vines with large leaves, which will create dappled shade under the structure. Clematis, jasmine and honey suckle are good examples of climbers with fragrant flowers that will quickly provide cover.

You can add a touch of class to your garden landscape with a pergola, gazebo or arbour or you can be totally different to anyone else and have us design a made to measure bespoke pergola, gazebo or arbour for your garden space.
Green Onion Landscaping have designed, constructed and installed many pergolas, gazebos and arbours throughout Teesside, Cleveland and the Tees Valley including Stockton on Tees, Middlesbrough, Darlington, Stokesley, Ingleby Barwick and Yarm.
