Looking to brighten your garden, porch, patio or front door this summer? At Green Onion Landscaping, we supply and deliver extra large pre-planted and ready-made summer hanging baskets across Stockton-on-Tees, Teesside, County Durham and North Yorkshire.
Our ready-made hanging baskets are carefully planted and prepared using colourful summer flowers, trailing plants, rich compost and slow-release fertiliser for long-lasting displays throughout the season.
These are not mass-produced hanging baskets from a garden centre. Every basket is individually planted, watered, fed and cared for over many weeks to create full, healthy baskets bursting with colour and texture.
Many of our customers return year after year because of the quality, size and long-lasting displays our hanging baskets provide.
Summer 2027 hanging baskets will be available to order from 1st January 2027. Orders are accepted on a first come, first served basis and often sell out before the end of March.
We make a limited number of extra large pre-planted hanging baskets each year, and they are sold on a first come, first served basis.

We specialise in extra large pre-planted hanging baskets designed to create colourful displays throughout the summer months. Our ready-made hanging baskets arrive fully planted and ready to hang outside your home, where they will continue to grow and develop throughout the summer.

Each basket is generously planted with carefully selected flowering and trailing plants to create a lush, overflowing display as the season progresses.
All plants are sourced from trusted UK growers, they are grown from seeds or cuttings and carefully selected to create colourful, long-lasting summer displays.
Ready-Made Hanging Basket Delivery Across Teesside
We personally deliver every hanging basket ourselves to ensure it arrives safely and in excellent condition.
No couriers, no cardboard boxes and no damaged flowers. Just healthy, ready-planted hanging baskets delivered directly to your door by Green Onion Landscaping.
Delivery across Teesside – £9.00 for up to 2 hanging baskets
The £9 delivery charge covers a maximum of 2 hanging baskets delivered to the same address. Larger orders may be possible, but an additional delivery charge will apply.
Delivery normally takes place during the first or second week of June. We will send you a text message shortly before delivery so you know when to expect your basket.

How Large Will My Extra Large Hanging Basket Grow?
Your basket will continue growing and flowering throughout the summer season. With regular watering, feeding and dead-heading, our extra large hanging baskets can grow to around 50cm wide, creating a very large, colourful display packed with flowers and trailing plants.
Many of the plants naturally spill over the sides of the basket as they mature, creating the full overflowing look our customers love.
We include a free care guide with every order to help you get the very best display possible throughout the summer months.
How to Care for Your Hanging Basket
- Position: A sunny south or west-facing position is ideal.
- Watering: Water thoroughly whenever the basket feels light. During hot weather, baskets may need watering morning and evening.
- Feeding: Begin liquid feeding around two weeks after delivery to encourage continued flowering.
- Dead-heading: Remove faded flowers regularly to keep the basket healthy and blooming.
- Support: Always use a strong metal hanging bracket fixed securely to brick or timber.

Orders for next year’s hanging baskets open in January and are sold on a first come, first served basis.
We make a limited number of extra large pre-planted hanging baskets each year and they often sell out well before the start of summer.
Order by emailing us. Include your full name, address, postcode, contact phone number and how many hanging baskets you would like to order.
We will send your invoice and confirm your order once payment is received.

- What if I’m not home during delivery? We will leave your basket in a safe place and send you a quick photo by text message.
- Do you reuse old baskets? No, we do not currently offer a basket refill or basket recycling service. However, the coir liners used in our hanging baskets are biodegradable and can be composted, while the wire baskets can be reused for future planting projects or recycled by you.
